AI organisation

You aren't paying for storage. You're paying for AI organisation.

ZyCloud reads what you upload, suggests where it belongs, surfaces related files, and lets you search by meaning instead of just filename. Storage is the container — organisation is the product.

The differentiator. Available across every audience — individuals, teachers, schools, and businesses.

Ten actions

What ZyCloud can do for you.

Each action replaces a tedious folder-management chore. Some are about discovery (find related, search, summarise); others are about hygiene (group, dedup, tag).

Organise this file for me

Drop a file. ZyCloud suggests where it belongs and tags it.

Coming V1.5

Search using natural language

"My fractions lesson from last term" works. Filename match is the floor, not the ceiling.

Coming V1.5

Summarise this document

TLDR for PDFs, Word docs, lesson plans. One paragraph or bullet points — your call.

Coming V1.5

Find related files

Open one file and surface what else is connected — same client, same lesson, same project.

Coming V1.5

Group similar files

ZyCloud spots patterns and offers a one-click cluster.

Coming V1.5

Find duplicates

Same file twice? Same image at different sizes? Surfaced and easy to clean up.

Coming V1.5

Suggest folder structure

New account? AI proposes a folder tree based on what you upload first.

Coming V1.5

Create teaching resource bundle

Bundle related lessons, slides, and worksheets into one shareable folder.

Coming V1.5

Create appraisal evidence bundle

Pull JTC-mapped artefacts together for an appraisal cycle in one click.

Coming V1.5

Auto-tag uploads

Subject, term, lesson, evidence type — populated for you on every upload.

What it understands

ZyCloud’s organisation layer works on every common file type. Text content, image classification, OCR for scanned documents, audio/video transcripts (V2).

For each upload, ZyCloud generates:

  • A suggested folder placement
  • Tags (subject, term, project, client, document type)
  • A short file summary
  • A subject / category assignment
  • An evidence-type assignment when education mode is on
  • A confidence score for each suggestion
  • A privacy-sensitivity rating
  • A search embedding (powers natural-language search)
  • A duplicate-detection hash
  • A list of related files

User modes change the lens

The categories ZyCloud organises into depend on the mode you pick at signup — so a teacher and a freelance designer don’t see the same folder structure for the same upload.

  • Personal mode: documents, photos, videos, receipts, IDs, family files, projects.
  • Teacher mode: class, subject, term, lesson, student work, JTC standard, evidence type, PD, observation evidence.
  • School/team mode: per-department buckets, per-teacher slices, shared evidence.
  • Business mode: clients, invoices, contracts, media, projects, reports.
