Do I pay during the trial?
No. Sign up, verify, pick a plan — it activates as a 14-day trial with no card up front. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Is annual really 10× monthly?
Pretty much — annual is 10× the monthly price (about 17% off). It also avoids monthly payment-processing churn, which keeps the product cheaper long-term.
What happens if I hit my storage cap?
Existing files stay readable. New uploads are blocked until you remove some files or upgrade. We email at 80%, 95%, and 100% so it isn't a surprise.
Can a school pay for individual teachers?
Yes. School / Department / Faculty plans pool storage across staff. The school is billed; staff use the storage.
Verified-educator pricing — who qualifies?
Anyone using an approved Ministry of Education, school, or college email. Approved domains are managed by Super Admin and listed on /education-discount. Don't qualify by email? Request manual review.
Can we change plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. You'll be prorated.
Why USD?
USD makes the pricing consistent for international subscriptions. Display-currency conversion (e.g. JMD) is on the V2 roadmap.
