Approved email domains
We seed our approved-domain list with Jamaica Ministry of Education, public-school, and Zyqual internal addresses. Super Admin adds new approved domains as more ministries, councils, and institutions are partnered with — no app deploy required.
If your school’s domain isn’t on the list yet, two paths forward:
- Apply for manual verification. Sign up with whatever email you have, then submit a short form with your role + a link or photo of your staff ID. We review within 2 business days.
- Ask your school to be added to the approved list. Emailhello@zyqual.comwith your school’s domain and a brief intro. Once a school is listed, every staff member with that email is verified automatically forever.
Architecture note for IT contacts
Ministry domains are not hardcoded in product logic. They live in a Super Admin-managed database table. Approving a new partner is a few clicks in the admin console — not a code change, not a deploy.
